Creating a budget is one of the most important things you can do to get your financial plan off to a great start. In the budget lesson I will explain Cash Flow, Financial Planning, Savings, Incomeand Wealth Management.

An area often overlooked in financial planning is taxes. It's very important that you plan tax strategies so that you legally avoid paying unnecessary taxes. The financial planning lesson on taxes will help you understand steps that you need to take to manage your taxes properly.

The financial planning lesson on Passive Income will help you learn how to shift your income from your employer to your investments. You will learn to invest to get your money working for you. This type of earning is called passive income and your financial planning goal should be to get your passive income higher than your earned income. In the Investment Lesson I teach you about; Common Stocks, Trusts, Portfolio's, Creditand Money Management.

Another very important topic is college savings. whether you are doing it for yourself or your children it is very important you start as early as possible because the earlier you start the easier it will be to reach your goal.
